Billing policy summary
LinkOps.linapp.ai keeps the normal payment flow inside the product. Stripe still processes the charge underneath, but the hosted Stripe checkout window is used only as a fallback if the secure in-app payment form cannot render.
- Only one active subscription can exist at a time.
- If you cancel within 3 days of purchase, LinkOps.linapp.ai automatically refunds the latest plan charge and returns the workspace to the Free plan right away.
- Outside that 3-day window, cancellation still falls back to the Free plan immediately. The previous paid period is treated as period-end access only, and charges stay non-refundable except as required by law.
