1. Accounts and Workspace Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account, your workspace members, invite handling, credential protection, and all activity performed under your account or workspace unless caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to publish, redirect, distribute, automate, or monetize illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content or traffic. This includes phishing, malware delivery, rights infringement, impersonation, deceptive redirects, unlawful affiliate abuse, and other misuse.
3. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the links, destinations, campaigns, QR targets, landing pages, domains, files, and materials you create, publish, connect, or distribute through the platform. You represent that you have the rights and authority required to use that content.
4. Platform Enforcement Rights
LinkOps.linapp.ai may review, remove, disable, restrict, suspend, or block any link, QR asset, page, domain, workspace, API key, subscription, or account when we believe it violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms the platform, or threatens other users or the public.
5. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Only one active paid subscription is intended to apply to a workspace at one time.
- If cancellation occurs within the active refund window, the latest charge may be refunded according to the current billing policy.
- Plan entitlements and limits are enforced in the product and backend.
- We may change pricing, packaging, features, or limits prospectively.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, change, improve, restrict, or retire any part of the service, including plans, features, UI flows, or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, software, branding, documentation, and platform design remain the property of LinkOps.linapp.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of the service itself.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LinkOps.linapp.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required for enforcement, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, billing integrity, or platform protection.
